Brand Invitation Guidelines for Connect:

Our goal with Connect has always been to strike the right balance of attending brands and retailers to maintain the productivity, efficiency and value that Connect provides. This is the primary reason Connect has always been by invitation only - so we can bring the right brands together with the right retailers at the right time in the buying cycle.


That being said, here’s a few guidelines to review as you plan for your Fall 2022 selling cycle and show attendance plans:

  • As a part of Vendor Partnership benefits, our Grassroots Vendor Partners always receive first right of refusal on show floor space.

  • When we review our brand invitations we are making considerations for the following; seasonality, retailer interest and need, brand sales volume with attending retailers, and show appointment volume.

  • Previous inclusion does not guarantee future inclusion at Connect.

  • We review brands for re-invitation after every show and want to ensure all of our exhibitors are maintaining value and return on investment in Connect and attending retailers are continually able to execute on critical business because we are offering the right assortment of brands on the floor.


Show Communication Changes:

  • In an effort to streamline our communication with you regarding the show, we will be adjusting the email address that your initial invite will come from. Please look for that email to come from office@grassrootsoutdoors.com and mark this email address as a “safe sender” in your inbox.

  • You will continue to use our new Connect Scheduling & Show software to complete contracts, register team members and reps, and review appointments/schedules.
